I have seen them range from $531 for 2773 sq ft to $705 for 3000 sq ft. These two units are 3 bdrm. There are smaller units which may have different fees. This is not a complete list and only the two I have come across. According to what is listed, they include comm area maint., ext bldg. maint, lawn maint, snow removal, trash removal, park fee, tennis court, management fee, security.

You can also search other neighborhoods if you'd like. Cheltenham has slightly higher taxes than comparable homes in Abington, but both neighborhoods have great sense of community and their own unique feel. Any specific questions feel free to call me 215-740-2655

There is one townhouse on the market right now, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a list price of $209,900. The monthly fee for that property is $275.

Condo owners generally like having services provided for them, such as landscaping, maintenance, etc. Personally, I like living in buildings with elevators, high up off the street level.

The biggest complaints that condo owners have are the same that homeowners have - they are critical of their neighbors and do not like renters nearby.

While homeowners generally like to complain about their taxes, condo owners also like to complain about their homeowners' dues, their Board of Directors, and their property management company!
