Hello,

It appears that the property you are interested to is in foreclosure status on Trulia. Trulia is a platform for consumers to browse housing information as well as a tool for home owners and agents to list their properties. If a listing is foreclosure or not, it is up to the listing owner to update the status of that property. The status of the listing is unclear to us because it is in the hands of the listing owner.

If you want to know more information about the foreclosure property, you may check the county record where the property is part of or you may also contact a foreclosure specialist near your area for assistance.

I hope this information is helpful.

Regards,

Maricris

I have found that the seller always benefits by having a home staged verse leaving it vacant. The home sells faster and typically for more money because the buyer sees the value in the property. Remember only 10% of the population can envision the potential of a property. ... more

Mortgage insurance is cheaper with conventional loans plus you can drop it once you have paid down the loan to value to under 80%. I have a lender that offers conventional loans with a 620 score and just 3% down..

Monique, there is a very unique financing tool that I have used recently that will allow for an owner occupant to purchase a home with 100% financing. To be honest, your search is a tough search but not an impossible one. The home you have identified in your post would generally require a payment above your comfort zone unless a significant down payment was placed. If you want to discuss this in further detail I would be more than happy to go over some of the options you may have. ... more

Your best bet would be to go to your local sheriff's office website and request the crime stats from there. As agents, we are not allowed to tell anyone whether or not an area is "safe". I hope this helps! ... more

I have seen them range from $531 for 2773 sq ft to $705 for 3000 sq ft. These two units are 3 bdrm. There are smaller units which may have different fees. This is not a complete list and only the two I have come across. According to what is listed, they include comm area maint., ext bldg. maint, lawn maint, snow removal, trash removal, park fee, tennis court, management fee, security.
You should always check with the condo association to verify what is and isn't included. Are you looking for a place at Breyer Woods? Let me know if I can help - Pat Tagliolini - 215-882-1202

I'm sure some agents from that area will weigh in on the availability of homes in that zip code.

Just a note, though: $15,000 doesn't get you too far. It might economically re-do a kitchen. Or two baths. You could spend half that on painting and carpeting alone. So be careful what properties you consider.

One other possibility: Ask about 203(k) loans. They're FHA loans that include both the purchase price and rehab costs.

Hope that helps.

Both are wonderful townships with a lot of great homes on the market. There is a lot of neighborhood information at

http://www.homefacts.com/offenders/Pennsylvania/Montgomery-County/Elkins-Park.html

You can also search other neighborhoods if you'd like. Cheltenham has slightly higher taxes than comparable homes in Abington, but both neighborhoods have great sense of community and their own unique feel. Any specific questions feel free to call me 215-740-2655

The monthly Association fee varies by the size of the unit. At the moment, there are 3 apartments for sale in the development, each with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The list prices range from $128,700. to 145,900. The monthly fees range from $183. to 186.

There is one townhouse on the market right now, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a list price of $209,900. The monthly fee for that property is $275.

This is a lovely, quiet community; if you are interested, I will be happy to show you any or all of these properties. My email address is wschur@aol.com.

Thank you,

Most insurance agents will determine the replacement cost for you when providing a quote. I would bet that if you contacted another agent for a quote they would give you a replacement cost estimate. If you would like to do one yourself I am aware of a website by Marshall & Swift http://www.accucoverage.com/ where you can estimate the replacement cost for yourself for around $8. We are not affiliated with this company but we do use them with some of our companies to provide replacement cost policies for our insured's.
