The suggestion to join the Facebook page sounds really good as there you can find authentic information and share your thoughts with other moms. It is great that we live in the Digital Age and can keep in touch with people from all over the World. Moreover it can be very helping for the mothers, who want to help their kids at home, different resources like this one http://myessayservice.org/ can appear really helping for preparing writing tasks. I lived right up the street and choiced in to Air Academy. There is a few bus routes that go by the area, as District 20 begins on the opposite side of centennial.

Don't kid yourself (no pun intended), ask anyone with kids, and the answer is always District 20. You want to live in the D20 area as well ie. Briargate/Pine Creek/Cordera, provided you can afford it that is. NO I don't live there...yet...waiting for my next promotion! ... more

Brian L. A. Wess answered:
Greetings

Federal Equal Housing Opportunity Laws prevent Real Estate Professionals from "Steering" people to or from specific areas buy giving personal observations in answer to your question and the long and short of it is that no one can determine how much crime may be too much for you...only you can do that.

I always recommend that my clients check the crime information reported by the CSPD & El Paso Sheriff's Office available at http://www.MyNeighborhoodUpdate.net and http://www.crimereports.com/ as well as at the CSPD (http://www.springsgov.com/sectionindex.aspx?sectionid=12) and El Paso Sheriff's Office Websites (http://shr.elpasoco.com/).

I also highly recommend to my clients that, if possible, they or a friend drive the neighborhood surrounding a property they are interested in at least twice...once during the day and once in the evening...and look for how the other properties in the neighborhood are kept and as well as to determine if there are any aspects to the neighborhood they aren't comfortable with.

Once you have determined your level of comfort with the neighborhood then would be the time to schedule a showing on to see the interiors for yourself.

I hope you find this information of use and I wish you good fortune in your search. If you would like more assistance in purchasing a home in the Colorado Springs/Pikes Peak Region, please feel free to contact me.

Best Regards
