Hello,

Post your house on Postlets.com. They will submit your house to Zillow, Trulia and 5 other high traffic real estate sites.

Hope that helps.

In short yes you need another agent. There should never be a time when you are getting yelled at by your agent. It is an agents duty to give you a current market estimate of your home but you guys should not be getting into an argument over it. For the most part price will keep people away. ... more

When you request a report, you info is sent to a local Trulia affiliated agent who should be in touch with you about doing one, home valuations done online are notoriously inaccurate as they do not know the local market, nor have they ever seen your house, its condition, its upgrades, etc etc etc. ... more

Through Trulia as a owner of a home you can't. However Trulia is now owned by Zillow so you can create an account at postlets.com and it will upload to Trulia.

It will depend on the agency. Visit with several because the cost of hanging a license isn't the largest factor. There is also your split with the company.

Rose Wilkinson answered:
In this situation, you need to be proactive and type up your own agreement. I worked at a real estate brokerage for many years. Here is an example:

I, ________________(Realtors name) with ______________________(name of real estate company, ex: ABC Realty) fully and unconditionally release the seller (s) _____________________(you) and __________________________(your spouse, if married) and /or ______________________(anybody else who is on the title with you)

from any and all obligations outlined in the listing agreement pertaining to the property located at ______________________________(address) ________________(City) _________(State) ____________(Zipcode) dated on ______________ ,20__ (Whenever listing agreement was executed) to ______________, 20__. (Whenever listing agreement was set to expire)

Signed: ______________________________(Realtor) ______________(Today's Date)

Signed: ______________________________(Realtors Broker) ________________(Today's Date)

Signed: ______________________________(Seller - you) ________________(Today's Date)

Signed: ______________________________(Seller - anybody else on title) ________(Today's Date)

You could go a step further and have the document notarized, but it would be a pain to get all parties at the same place to have a notary sign it. But most brokerages have a notary on staff.

Good luck.
