Go to this link, pick the street name an click search. Make sure if it's a street that is defined by specific address number, you choses the right one (ie:. odd numbers only... or... # 1 - 100).

It will then tell you what schools that street goes to, and if it is subscription bussing, walk/subscrpition bussing, or township provided bussing

Since you didn't give an address to answer the question property:

There are only two high schools in Edison: J. P. Stevens and Edison High Schooll. The informal dividing line is Route 27 (Middlesex Ave).

You can always call the Board of Education to find out exactly if you think the house is on the border by giving them the exact address. Call 732-452-4570.

Hi Rosy:
I have lived in Edison for more than 33 years. The schools system is excellent and the services in the community are excellent as well. Benjamin Franklin is the Elementary School, Herbert Hoove is the Middle School and Edison High School is the High School. In addition there is St. Matthew's School and Rabbi Jacob Joseph Yeshiva if a private parochial school is being considered.

I have been selling homes for more than 26 years and am an expert in New Construction. Give me a call.

Hi Glenn,

Loyalty and Carring is my one priority while working with clients. Our office specializes in market analysis as we one of few that works directly with banks. I can do your market analysis quickly and effectively as well as market your property to sell using many proven marketing strategies.

I looked on the mls for available homes in Edison and there's a lot to choose from, so I like I mentioned before you should write a list of the things that you want and need from your new home as well as your budget.

Please feel free to call me and I can help you with both

Dear Home Buyer,

Townhomes near James Madison Intermediate schools:
The Oaks
The Maples
Heatherwood villas

Townhomes near J P Stevens:
All of above;
Village Pointe
Village Gate
The Enclave

Moreover, I would recommed to confirm the same with Edison Board of Education at 732-452-4900 before you choose your home. The district sometimes may change schools depending on student population or student count, school space etc,.

We do tons of business in North Edison. Please contact me at my cell# 732-277-9321. My cell phone is ON from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm-SEVEN days a week.

Hope to hear from you soon,

Mary Petti answered:

I believe that Heatherwood Villas townhomes go to James Madison Primary and Imtermediate schools.

The Edison township Board of Education does not privide a "formal" map of school districts, and the district lines are not straighforward (they zig-zag around a bit). SOmetimes the listing Realtor does not put the schools into the listing either so sometimes it's hard to tell.

However, I know most of the boundaries (meaning streets) and if i am not sure, I always call the Board of Ed to determine if the street is in a specific school district.

Give me a call or drop me an email and let me kmow what you are looking for, and I will be happy to help you. I am a resident of Edison since 1983 and know the area pretty well.

Mary :)
