This property is located in Angelino Heights in Echo Park. Houses in this neighborhood are under HPZ, historical preservation zone. When you drive by there, it takes you back in time. It's a pleasant place.

I have seen gentrification of some areas going East from the Hollywood area. Places such as Koreatown, and Downtown have experienced a renewal. Given our difficult housing situation it's possible this will happen in Echo Park as well, but no one knows for sure, or how long it might take.
It would be less risky to buy in an area that is stable.

Yes Echo Park is the new it, but I pulled up info and it came up as vacate land! I am familiar with the area born and raised there! To find out the value would depend if you built it out or left it vacant land? I have some investors that might be willing to go half with you on the built out and split the profits with you.
