I listed 2 homes recently on Ivy and both sold in the mid 700,000 range. There are no homes in foreclosure on that street listed.

Hi Faye
Give me a call or email me and we can discuss things. It's not a common everyday program, but if you have a valid visa, large down payment, and good credit then it should be do-able.

I live in East Hanover off of River Rd. After a couple of days of heavy rains the river does rise. The wooded area absorbs most of the water so the road doesn't flood often. I've lived here 8 years and can only remember the road being closed twice. There is a map of East Hanover that shows the flood zones for homes. ... more

I just did a search for you and found a really beautiful 1BR in Roseland for $1750. I also searched the Hanover area and there are 7 rentals in your price range. Feel free to give me a call or message me and I would be happy to show you any which may be of interest.

I take the car to Harrison, and from Harrison (Path train) to either world trade center (last stop)
which takes about 20 minutes, the drive to Harrison also takes 20 minutes.
You can chage on path to get to the port auth.from there you take NYC train.

I work downtown, so i get to work within one hour, I also get home in 45 minutes.
its about 100 to $145 a month to park depending how close you want to be to Train in Harrison.

I lived in BKLYN my whole life, lived on water with view of city and statue of liberty
and it ook me longer to get to work from Bklyn due to traffic.

As far a buses go, I have not look into it yet, but i know it will take more then a hour.

Hope this helps.
