flatbush is a good commutator area. It is the "buildings" you have to be concerned for not the area. I have been here for over 20 years.

As an agent that has worked the East Flatbush area full time for over six years straight, I can tell you that the prices are inching up slowly again. Also, we are now quoting higher insterest rates in the 5 percentile for the new year. But the fact is, no one knows what will truly happen in five years in politics, natural disaster, employment, consumer confidence, etc. Think about it, the people didn't know the market would sink and stay sunk for so long.
