flatbush is a good commutator area. It is the "buildings" you have to be concerned for not the area. I have been here for over 20 years.

You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Ali, Trulia Voices Community Manager

Also, we are now quoting higher insterest rates in the 5 percentile for the new year. But the fact is, no one knows what will truly happen in five years in politics, natural disaster, employment, consumer confidence, etc. Think about it, the people didn't know the market would sink and stay sunk for so long. Let's just cross our fingers, eyes and toes and hope for the best. ... more

Median price is the middle of all the numbers while average adds up all of the numbers and then divides by the number of numbers.
