Between Tampa and Orlando lies Celebration and Champions Gate.
Both areas have sewer systems and not septic tanks.
If you would like information on either of those communities I would be glad to assist you.
Start your loan approval process by going to your local bank and let them know what you require.
If you have a credit union you can go there as well.
if you are a first time home buyer there are other avenues that you can take.
You need good credit scores (620+) at least 10% down payment if not more and a good job history and little outstanding debt.
You can go online to e-loan and they will ask some basic questions and you can get an idea of what yoou are qualified to purchase.
Please feel free to call or mail me with any questions.
Welcome to the area.

Hey Andy,

To a European vacationer, Lake Austin Reserve may look like a bargain. To the average American, not so much.
