Typically buyer agents work much harder than listing agents helping their clients find a home, getting through the contract and negotiation, inspections, etc. etc. and deserve the amount offered by the seller and then some. It is too bad you have such a low regard for the services we provide. Please keep in mind also, that buyer agents split commission with the listing agent and then have to split again with their brokerage house.
I would recommend going directly to the listing agent and since you know what you want, schedule with all the different listing agents for the homes you are interested in purchasing.
