Best of luck..and don't forget..it costs you nothing to use an agent when purchasing new construction..but it can cost you plenty if you don't!

The Fairfax County tax records indicate that this was sold with "Atypical Financing" - usually, the records will say "Valid and Verified Sale". Since the property wasn't listed for sale in the MLS, there could be a number of reasons for such a low transfer price: transfer to a relative, private distressed sale or maybe some kind of trade was involved. Given the circumstances, this couldn't/shouldn't be used as a comp for other sales in the neighborhood. ... more
