I would suggest that to find a great landscaper, you ask some neighbors or family that you notice have a really good yard. It also probably depends on what you want to get done in your yard. There are so many options available for good landscaping, so you'll want to be sure you get a landscaper that has a style that you like and does good work. I hope you can find someone great to help you make your yard look awesome! http://www.landscapeexpertsal.com/gallery ... more

It is legal and common on some foreclosure and auction properties. It doesn't automatically mean there is a problem, and you can still test the property for leaks using an air test. The plumber will pressurize the plumbing system using a compressor, and watch to see if the system holds pressure. If it doesn't you can often pinpoint the leak by listening for air escaping. ... more

I'm a Realtor but I also have a Bachelor's in Paralegal Studies. The eviction process is actually very simple; however it does vary depending on the current laws in your area.

The tenant being evicted must receive an Eviction Notice, once that notice expires (generally 30 days), if the tenant remains on the property the landlord can go to the District Court and file for a formal eviction. A court date will be scheduled. It's very black and white; tenants often fail to appear for the hearing because they obviously lack a defense. The judge will make a decision based on the facts presented in court (Lease Agreement, balance owed, Eviction Notice, testimony, and such). If the Landlord has proven his case the court generates a written Order that the tenant is to vacate the property (within a certain time frame) and pay court costs in addition to the amount owed to Landlord.

I do suggest you at least call and speak to the clerk of District Court in which your case is being heard. You could also set up a consultation with an attorney and get advice without paying for the full services.

The answers you are receiving are very good. A foreclosure is the act of losing the home to the bank. The bank owned property is once the bank has claimed title to the home and now owns it.

If you are looking to purchase a home and it says foreclosure or bank owned property you are most likely looking at the same thing.

I love Dundee! I lived in Elgin for several years and spent alot of time in East Dundee.

If your scores are 620 or higher then you may have a chance depending on the contents of your credit history. Between 580 & 619 expect higher fees, higher rate, and possibly higher down payment. Below 580 you need to fix your credit. Remember, your credit does not have to be perfect. It just has to be good enough. Good luck.
