You can use Trulia and a Realtor. Some people do not feel their Realtor is showing them all the listings and it is just a feeling. We as Realtors often get calls from potential buyers and they ask about a property but it is sold or under contract. The issue is95that Trulia and the other companies get their data as a 3rd party.
I suggest you get a Realtor you can work with and have them set up an accurate search. You can browse Trulia or Z or R companies all you want but take it with a grain of salt.

The majority of homes listed as foreclosure are not currently available for sale. The company that posts them want you to sign up for their subscription service. Any good agent can get the same information for you for free.
The information isn't really useful to the average buyer. Unless you are planning to buy homes at auction with cash. Then again, there are other sources for free.
Buying a foreclosure once it's listed may or may not be a good deal. The prices you see on the adds here are not realistic. Many foreclosure homes have damage and/or deferred maintenance. They should be inspected very carefully. Lenders don't like to do any work on them either, although they do sometimes.
If you are looking for a home, a great agent can show you all the available merchandise and get you a great home at a fair price.

I don't know, Omar.. As someone who has lived in and around Duluth for coming on 25 years I'm going to go ahead and strongly suggest you stay in Cancun.

I'd gladly walk across the hot beach sand barefoot everyday if it meant never having to drive on Pleasant Hill Road again. Not to mention the people here aren't quite as attractive!

If you need more convincing give me a call, I feel confident I can talk you out of that decision :)
