We don't want to sign a 1 year contract because we know for a fact that it will not take that long to be in the house we are wanting to buy.

Hi Kevin,

I would start with contacting Realtors in your area. Then move to banks, and mortgage companies. Most real estate companies will let you come in to their office and give a 20 minute presentation if you buy lunch. It's not bad to spend a couple hundred to get 10 to 20 new leads. Especially if they like you and use you often.

Check with your local chamber of commerce to find out what you need to do to set up a business in Dudley.

That's about it!

Good luck!
