There are several good websites to find rentals in the Dublin area. Several are agent's websites. Send me an email and I will be happy to send some to you.

I see you are looking for a rental in the Waterford Village area. You do need to speak to the representative who is listing the rental and/or it's leasing office. Below is a link to all the apartment communities in that area. They are almost always open on the weekends, including Sunday's so you should call to get answers to your questions. In addition, if you look at the "details" section of the apartment listings below the actual photo's on Trulia you should receive answers to the questions involving pets and/or garages etc. Hope this helps! Good Luck!,OH/

It is more "Northwest" of Dublin, but, it is closer to your budget. It's going to be difficult to find a home in that price range in Dublin, but NOT impossible! Good Luck. Here is a link to their website. ... more

Thanks Kimberly for your response . I was only relaying the answer to this person's question. But your information is very helpful and accurate - if she is wanting to buy at this time. People have many reasons for renting. Buying is the best way of enjoying a property. Renting has many limitations. And apparently the "honest answerer" did not notice that you are a lender! ... more

Hard to say what this agent's motivation is. If you are a qualified applicant, why would "he" not want to get the property leased as soon as possible?

Maybe it's time to move on and locate other possibilities. ... more

Instead of having to pay the mortgage with no one living there at the moment? And if someone does show interest just a 24 hour notice to come show it and 30 day notice to leave premises?
