The lawsuit was settled a long time ago. La Ventana is a lovely neighborhood-we live there and have for nearly 2 years. The HOA works together to make the neighborhood a great place to live. We have a book club, parties, committees, natural beauty, and

Hi Kay,

If the property features a RealtyTrac logo, you can obtain more information by registering for their service. Though it is a paid subscription, they do offer a 7-day free trial. If the property in question is not affiliated with RealtyTrac, you should be able to contact the listing agent as Don suggested using the 'Contact Agent' button that resides under the listing photos.

Best Wishes,

Dear Yareli,
At the moment there is only one Active listing on Citation. It is a 3 bedroom two bath home with 1224SF and it was built in 1972. Its on almost a third of an acre. They are asking $89,000, which equates to $72.71 dollars per square foot. Please give me a call if you need a buyers agent to assist you with this purchase or any other. This property is currently occupied by a tenant, there is no mention of foreclosure in the listing. Thanks!
