The owner or property manager did not bother to upload pictures of the bathrooms and bedrooms, probably because they are small and would not show well. That's the only reason someone would not take a picture of something to display in their advertisement. If you thought that it would help, you would show it right? Anyways Lucy, you will have to schedule a time to view the property if you are interested. The owner of the bldg on file is Thomas Ammirato, However the listing on Trulia says for viewing contact Greg 323-803-3892.

This property was listed as a short sale back in May and went into escrow within 12 days back on May 13th. It took just shy of 4 months to close being it was a short sale. It closed back on Sept. 9th for $99,900. It needed a lot of work and that was a great deal still that did not last long. Sometimes the additional "pet rent" will give the owners and incentive to choose you over an applicant with no pets. This unit in the Cooper Arms is in escrow. The HOA dues are for this studio unit are $223. There is a large unit for sale currently with dues at $573 which is almost twice the size of the studio unit.

This is the international towers building in Long Beach. Their dues are over $500 month but they have alot of amenities they cover. This one sold. If you provide me your email address I would be happy to notify you of any new listings in that building or anything similar if you are not working with another Realtor.. I did see a nice unit at 10 Atlantic and 100 Atlantic.

This is a stock coop and does not qualify for FHA financing. There is only one lender who does the financing on coops. The units are incredible as all of their units have lots of very large windows. Have sold many units in here and the views are wonderful even the city views. If you would like more information on this building feel free to give me a call. It is called The Royal Palms Building.

This complex was never an FHA approved complex. They use to be own-your-own apartments. This unit is still available and is probably a flip property as it has been recently rehabbed as you can see from the photos. You would need at least 10% down to purchase.
