Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price decreased 5%, or $45,000, and the number of sales increased 25%. Average price per square foot for Clinton Hill was $421, an increase of 9.1% compared to the same period last year.

There are currently 117 resale and new homes in Brooklyn on Trulia, including 2 open houses, as well as 32 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in Clinton Hill was $554,658 for the week ending Jan 20, which represents a decrease of 2.3%, or $12,850, compared to the prior week.
