Hi Mark,

I attended Pitt and lived in Oakland, Bloomfield and Pointbreeze. Pointbreeze was my favorite place to live because it was in walking distance to Shadyside and grocery stores. First, you are asking about downtown Miami and you are posting the question in the downtown Pittsburgh section of Trulia. Secondly, you are asking about square meters and unfortunately, we are one of the only remaining countries who are still on the English use of measurements. I find the metric system much easier.

Here's the link for the Miami Section: http://www.trulia.com/voices/Miami---24606

Good luck!
