All the companies work together to sell the listings on the market. Each company would have to tell you what they offer buyers and sellers. Some of the companies only work as a transaction broker, therefore, they can only assist you and not advise you when buying or selling property. This might make a difference to you. ... more

Once a price change is made on a home, it should be entered into the local MLS system immediately by the listing agent in order to advertise the new price. On our website www.prudentialshowcase properties we update hourly from the MLS. Trulia and other great websites also update from the local MLS site, but might take longer. Generally that price change would be within 24-48 hours. Call if you would like me to check on the current price in our MLS or simply ask your realtor if he/she has made the changes on our local MLS, which is

Wanda, As you may know from watching the news within the last year bigger is not always the best way to go. There has been a lot of big companies that has fall through the cracks. There is a benefit to list with a small independent company you are a person and not just a MLS #. In today market with the internet we all have many of the same marketing capabilities. Don't get lost in the big fluff. A lot of the larger real estate companies get a lot of their inventory from Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac yes! That the same Fannie Mae you and I belled out.

Most high-end buyers are very internet savvy, so I would make sure the listing is all over the internet. An easy, one step way to do this is to put your listing on Point 2 NLS ( They will syndicate it across the web for free. Be sure to click the option to join without a website if you don't want to set one up. Of course, if you don't have a website, they will give you one free for six months.

You should also determine who your target market is and tailor your advertising to reach this market. For what type of person would this house be best suited and what can the person do in the house? You can determine this by the best features the house offers.
