Right away. Talk to your Realtor and have them find out from the listing agent the details, as is, terms etc. It should be as easy as a regular MLS sale.

Three times around the High Cliff Park lagoon and you've walked or ridden a mile. When the area was blasted decades ago to build the development, natural limestone platforms were left in the lagoon waters. You can literally walk out to the middle. Steep drop-offs surround the platforms. The water flows through it from Green Bay waters therefore mimics Bay water depths just like the aqua lane. Fish and turtles make it their home. An original windmill pump still stands. There is a community pier. It is absolutely perfect for floating with a beer in hand. In winter it freezes over and looks like a picture from Currier and Ives. The exclusive beautiful house on the point does not have direct access -- you have to drive down Bay View Drive to High Cliff Park Road -- then cross the bridge over the aqua lane to reach the lagoon for swimming and fishing. Homes on the island itself front the lagoon and homeowners have been known to bring in sand to create a small private "beach." The absolute finest feature of the whole development is protected waters for docking right in your back yard...and instant access to Green Bay waters. And, of course, Idlewild Golf Course and the Cherryland Airport are two minutes away. Years ago the homeowners' association had to take the High Cliff Park sign off the limestone structure at the corner of County Road M because too many tourists would turn in to explore what was then one of the most exclusive and highly sought after areas in the county. Door Co is gorgeous. I've been travelling there for over 20 years and can reassure you the beaches are beautiful, the water safe, and there is no smell. Any of the four seasons are a terrific time to visit, and beauty abounds. Folks complaining (mistakenly) must not have been in Egg Harbor, Door Co, because the area is delightful, like no other place in the Midwest. But keep saying those things...I get you! You want to keep people away and 'Door' a secret! My only regret about vacationing there is not buying a piece of property from the start. ... more

The cost per square foot can depend on a lot of things--mostly the level of finish in the home, the style of home (a home with a lot of angles/roof lines/etc will cost more to build) and the cost of building materials at the time. Does your cost per square foot also include site work, your well, septic. So many considerations. Yes. There are many. When you ask a Door County real estate Agent who is also a member of the Door County Board of REALTORS about a particular condominium, they will be able to reference our MLS data to let you know how many of what type of pet/s is/are allowed.

Nearly every residential condominium sale in Wisconsin requires buyers receive a copy of an Executive Summary prior to making an offer. The Executive Summary details any/all pet limitations in plain English.
