Ok, well since you're rather vague: what condition? what terms? how motivated are you? -- how about this answer:

It depends.

Lovelle- Condominiums have monthly dues attached to them. It is very important that if you are looking to purchase one that you get as much information on the Condominium Association, who runs it, who manages it and what the most recent budget looks like. In these trying times, in particular, Detroit condominiums are suffering a big blow. Prices are low indeed but the financial obligation attached to them such as the dues , present and future assessments, current and future tax bills are important to be made aware PRIOR TO YOU MAKING YOUR INVESTMENT. DO your due-diligence and find out as much as you can about the community before you buy.
