Patrick,

I'm really not sure of the question you're answering however I have couples of different answers that might help

1. Tax liability is as stated prior for an account to help toh with. If, you don't have one I'll be glad to refer you

2. property taxes vary from house to house, neighborhood to neighborhood, or from City to City. It just depends on that ptoperty. As far as for city taxes they've been reducing the taxes. Also, you have a right to appeal your taxes. However, the window to due so padded as of the 15th for this year.

3. Management fees as usually not discussed kn an open forum as this. They do vary with the services. Which can be negotiated worth whomever you choose.

I surely hope answers helped you. For more direct communication Please either call or email me directly.

You will need to provide a link to the home you've expressed interest in here. That way those who know will be able to give you accurate information.

Hi Mary:

As licensed agents, we cannot comment on the safety of the area, it could be considered "steering". The local police station will be able provide info for you. I can comment on the building and let you know of the security features that it has. There is a guard that is posted upon entry to the complex, and all guests have to be cleared by the lobby before they can go in. I do have a listing in this building, so if you're interested I can email you a list of homes in the building or other condo complexes in the area.

Thanks!
