We send our clients to Home Loans For All. They have multiple lenders that go down to a 580 and some even lower. We've been working closely with them for over a year. I'd recommend starting there. I'll include a link to their website.

I am happy to help you get your listing removed from Trulia. Your listing was posted on Trulia through Zillow, which is a partner site that syndicates listings to Trulia. Here is a link to your Zillow listing:

Your listing will remove from Trulia within 24 hours once you expire it from Zillow.

Hi,

I apologize if your contact information is not appearing on your listing. Zillow For Sale By Owner listings coming over to Trulia is a new feature recently rolled out because of this we have confirmed there is a technical error regarding Zillow not sending us the Property Owner's phone number through the Buyer's Agent List located on the main photo of the property page that's why it is not displayed in the contact info section. Please be advised that I have manually deleted the wrong contact information of the property listing. Please also edit your Trulia profile and input your phone number so it will appear on your property listing page. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Log in to your Trulia profile
2. Hover your mouse to your name located at the upper right corner of the page and click 'Profile'
3. Input your phone number and click 'Save'

Once you updated your phone number on your Trulia profile, it will automatically appear on your listing page after 24 to 48 hours.
