Hi Peter!

If the home/listing was on Trulia, as the owner, you could claim it and edit/ add facts and photos.

What is your question exactly? Did you inquire about a property and nobody has gotten back to you? Are you looking to buy or rent? If you're looking to buy, you can pick up the phone and contact any local REALTOR. If you're looking at rentals, then you may have a more difficult time getting landlords to call you back. You might have better luck contacting several property management companies directly.

Good luck!

Hi Fraser,

When your agents lists your home it should be on the checklist to have it either syndicated to Trulia or they enter it manually. It is every important that they do this asap because around 90% of homebuyers start there search online and those are potential buyers for your home.

Best of luck!

Dustin Gallagher answered:
I exhausted every avenue I could think of for this issue. (emailing customer service, contacting the old listing agent, claiming it as my house, signing up as an agent to try to claim the listing, and calling customer service). They responded to my email by giving me a case number (twice). I called several times, but after waiting in the queue for over 20 mins each time, I hung up. The best way is to call (888) 466-3501 right when they open at 7am PST. When I did this, I waited for 3 minutes and the very nice customer service rep was glad to delete them for me. She said it would process overnight. Good luck! ... more
