Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. Please follow these instructions on how to edit your home facts.This includes editing the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, home features, description and more.

Sign into your Trulia account. If you do not have an account, you must first register in order to update your home facts.
If you haven't already claimed your home, navigate to the property page, go to the "Edit Home Facts " button and verify ownership.
If you have claimed your home, click on the same "Edit Home Facts" button to update your home facts.
Make sure to select Publish Updates at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for your question Nicole. Like Maria below stated, your Realtor® can give you a Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA. This will compare recently sold homes in the area that are similar in size, style and age.

This is the same sort of analysis that banks ask Realtors® to perform when they are ready to list a foreclosure home or accept an offer on a short sale home. Hope that helps!

Only listings that are on the Multi-list are on Trulia. If you decide to work with a Realtor the benefits are endless. When listing with a Realtor and your home is put on Multi-list it is then added to Trulia, Realtor.com,Zillow etc... By listing with a Realtor in your area they can also tell you the most accurate price to list your home while getting it the maximum exposure, as well as taking all the phone calls so you do not have to be readily available all of the time.
