What is your budget and how much of an interest rate are you willing to pay and then I can let you know if that is possible. Most renters to buy want an ample down payment as well. What cities are you considering?

What size home would you like and HOA or no association, pool or no? Size of garage?
Any special requirements?
Your price range is important for searching for you.
Thank you, Monika

You say you want out of apartments, but are you still wanting to rent a house or are you looking to buy a house?

If you are looking to rent, as long as your dogs are certified service dogs, then NOBODY can refuse them or discriminate against them even if it strictly says NO PETS. It is also illegal for them to charge you a pet deposit or, something that is common here, "pet rent".

If you are looking to BUY instead of rent, you have picked a perfect time to buy. Best of luck to you!

I suggest to contact a local real estate agent. They will be able to help you find a home that meets your requirements. Good luck in your search.
