Julio,

There are certainly schools in Delray Beach however the unit you are inquiring about is in Kings Point which is an age restricted community so school aged children cannot live there.

One of my favorite sites when it comes to school ratings is http://www.greatschools.org and if you have an iPhone check out their app which is also a fantastic tool. I love their site, use it often and highly recommend it to my clients who are interested in finding the best schools for their children's education. GreatSchools profiles public, private and charter schools and has a great format for readers to leave comments. Besides their rating system the comment section is the best place to go to get real life feedback from children who attend the schools as well as their parents. You will find that overall Jupiter has one of the best school districts in Palm Beach County.

You might also want to check out the Florida Department of Education School accountability reports which are also a wealth of information and can be accessed with this link;

http://schoolgrades.fldoe.org/default.asp

After doing your homework on-line I always recommend parents visit the school live and in person prior to making any purchasing decisions in that district and if you need assistance let me know as I would be happy to show you around. If you would like to further discuss your particular situation and put together a game plant to meet your goals please feel free to contact me at your convenience for a complimentary consolation.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.

Hi, Jolie. One other idea: Both towns are in Palm Beach County, and you can use this tool, http://schoolgrades.fldoe.org/default.asp, from the FL state department of education to get grades of the schools in Palm Beach County. Using that tool, you will see all the elementary schools that have an A rating - there are a lot of them. You can either drill down by individual school or compare one to the other. Also look for the group of schools that have an overall point total of more than 650 - there are eight of them. That might be an easy way to focus on just a few schools. Good luck! ... more

Dear Philip,

Welcome to South Florida!!!

These Agents have some really great recommendations. What is your price range? Depending your budget, I would recommend Gulfstream, to Sabal Lakes. If you need help with your search,or want to be shown around town.... let me know! You can search like an agent on my site...just click from the home page "advanced search"....and search on....

Have a great day!

Vienna Jim,

Good for you and I hope that you are successful in getting the ring back to it's rightful owner. They will be THRILLED that you have gone to these lengths to do the right thing. The world needs more people like you.

I would call the school at 561 243-1500 and hopefully they can go back to the 1991 soccer team and find a Kelly with the initials KMK.

Best of luck!!!!

Renee,

If you are looking specifically at public schools I would suggest you contact The School District of Palm Beach County and set up a meeting. The best place to start is probably the Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center at 561 434-8000.

You are lucy to be in Palm Beach County where we are lucky enough to have 4 of the top 100 high schools in a new ranking of America's Best High Schools for 2010 by Newsweek. These schools are;

Suncoast Community High
Dreyfoos School of the Arts
Boca Raton High
Atlantic High

I wish you the best of luck in finding the perfect location for your son to continue his studies. If I can be of any assistance with any of your real estate needs please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

Paolo Giacone answered:
Hello Tine,
The best way to get an idea of the school's boundaries is to go to the web site of the School District of Palm Beach County (http://www.palmbeach.k12.fl.us/). There you can click on the "Schools" tab located at the top of the website, this will connect you to the School District of Palm Beach County Public Affairs's page, where you will have to click on the "Boundaries" tab. This will take you to the Planning Department, and there, toward the middle of the page you'll find a purple button (Address Look-up) that will open a new web page where you'll be able to input the address of your property and find out the list of schools for your address. Keep in mind that boundaries might change in the future.
Sincerely,
