Sherri Tull answered:
Hello, my husband and I are looking for a nice single family rental home. Some features we would like are 3 bedrooms, (master bedroom with two walk in closets), 2 - 2 1/2 bathrooms, hardwood floors and a basement . We are looking in the Middletown, De area. We are experiencing some credit issues due to us recently having to sell our home via short sale. We both have great jobs and can afford the rental fee.

Thank you

We have a rental department that may be able to help. Although you must pass a credit scoring process which gives confidence to any land lord that the tenant has paid bills and will pay rent.
Call Pat Sebastian at 302-736-0800 and tell her Fernando Sent you.

Jeff Hoover answered:
Thank you for your question.

3 areas are accessible to Regional Rail in Delaware. Claymont, Wilmington Train Station, Fairplay near Delaware Park and Newark just south of University of Delaware. However there is some limited service to all the Delaware stations so the Marcus Hook station just north of the Delaware / Pennsylvania line is a popular station since it has later or extended service times available. North Wilmington / Claymont have a variety of apartment options available. Dover is about hour and half south of the Delaware / Pennsylvania line and there is a Dart (Delaware transit bus) that runs from Wilmington to Dover.

If you want to discuss further, please contact me at 302-981-6485.
