Realtors are Realtors, there is no specialty for retirement homes, What you will find is that home Realtors know the retirement areas and sell them more frequently than others. Are you seeking retirement communities within San Diego County or beyond?

We're a local RE brokeakerage in Encinitas ad have a great inventor of rent/lease properties as a rule. Would walking distance to several well known surf spots make a difference. Also how long do do you plan on living on our fine DS shoreline. You might be wiser to wait until closer to September.

You may find a lot more selections and much better values as this is mid season and beach rentals tend to be much pricier and less negotiable. Please feel free to call us 760 815-6977 or email me at anytime.

We're a local family owned independent RE brokers, general contractor & developer and currently own several beach properties throughout the Leucadia and Encinitas West of Coast Highway and would consider year around rentals.

Feel free to refer to any of our very user friendly websites:\

that's a tough price point for that zip. typically rent to owns are lesser desirable properties that are priced at full retail, or have a defect of some sort.

be cautious of scams. rent to own and lease options are classic scammer territory. ... more

Great Market for summer rentals, Del Mar fair and race season is on! Great rental oppertunity for owners. as well as just plain fun at the beach for vacationers. One of the finest spots in Southern California.

Don't forget Solana Beach is next to Del Mar and is a great spot to buy for summer rentals as well.

Many home owners rent their homes out just for the race season and make enough to pay taxes and up keep for the year.

Feel free to check out my MLS search IDX to see all avaliable properties it is really a great search tool

Best Regards, I'm off to show property

The public sites use information from the County Recorder's office. Sometimes a mechanic's lien or a trustees sale or even the recording of a Quit Claim Deed between family members for a really low price can show up as a for sale or sold price.

Only Pure MLS information has current and actual, FOR SALE prices and information, as well as accurate SOLD information.
