It all depends on the size of the living area square foot of the home. On the low end a combination fee of homeowners association and condo fee can be $370 a month with an addition other require fee of $1,025.00 to on the high end of $988.00 a month with an additional fee of $1,075.00, there can also be a transfer fee of $65 to $75 at closing.

Hi Richey, just drove it. 15 minutes to the gate. You will want to add another 10 to 15 minutes to get through the gate in the morning due to 100% ID checks. There are three lanes open. Get in the left lane for the shortest wait.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I am retired Navy and was stationed in Mayport. Last command was the Philippine Sea CG-58.
