This unit is a short term rental, it is available now, however it is not available for June, July Or August. Since this in not a yearly lease this is most likely not your best bet. Have you considered the Marina Grande complex, they offer an excellent selection of yearly rentals. Feel free to email me for more info.

The association fees here at this unit are 434 a month. This unit is well priced for a condo across the street (A1A) from the beach. For your review, I have linked this property as well as just a few of my top choices for this area via the link below. Mind you that most of the other homes via the link provided are direct oceanfront. This is reflectedby the prices but as they say-you get what you pay for....and right now- they are all bargins! This property is a weekly rental property and weekly rates vary through out the year. It would be better to speak with a rental agent about typical rents on properties and what you could expect.
