No. Teakwood is in the River Park area of Dayton. Teakwood is a quiet street off of Welle St and Clydesdale. The homes in that area are built by Lennar.

You can tell how much your house is worth by finding out what has sold in the area which are comparable to your home. A good professional real estate agent who has your interest at heart is the best person to contact for homes that have sold in your area. Having said that, there is not alot of inventory these past few months. Anything that is priced right, will sell within a day or two. There is a buying frenzy right now, as the interest rates are low and the demand is high. The inventory is limited which can drive you price up a bit above the market value. Also, in Dayton, we are in a rural area and there are programs for first time buyers who have jobs and a good credit score. These are the people, if educated, will be the buyer of your home.

Christina ... Both of these other answers are correct. There is much more to the picture. You need to talk to a great lender to get the whole story. Your other financial obligations can drastically change your ability to qualify. Car Payments, Student Loans, Credit cards! They all Count! Let me know if you need suggestions and/or housing help.
