To release your claim, please follow these instructions.

1. log in to your Trulia account.
2. Navigate to your 'Claimed Homes' page.
You will find there the property you wanted to release the claim.
3. At the bottom right of the home, you will see a bubble with 3 dots. Click this. A gray pop up will appear with the option to delete.
4. Click delete

You are allowed to sell your home and buy another one whenever you like, even if you purchased your current home with an FHA loan. The downside is that you won't be able to get an FHA loan for the new home, and also it is unlikely that you would make much money selling your home if you've had it less than a year or two. It might make more sense financially to stick with the house you have and see if you can do things to improve the value of the home or reduce your cost of ownership.

On the other hand, once you've had a home for 3 years or more you should be able to walk away with at least some money at closing (home values are on the rise, but Ohio is conservative as always).
