Hi Regis,

I resubmitted the two in your account that were expired, and they should come live in 24-48 hours. If they don't then there is an issue and you should report it to customer support (link below).

There are also six listings in your account without the resubmit button. This is because they were not submitted manually but were fed to Trulia (the site URL is gatewaynebraska.com). If you are talking about any of these, you need to refresh them at the feed source, and they will be re-fed to Trulia (possibly your broker website or MLS). To do this, you need to make a change to the listing data, even adding a period or comma to the description is enough.

Regards,

Armin,
Some lenders have different standards, but typically you'll need at least 3.5% of the purchase price available as down payment and 2-3 months of your full payment left over in the bank after closing as reserves. Closing costs for most loans are 2%-3% but can be paid by you or the seller.
As Anna said, your best bet would be to meet with a local lender to look at your whole financial package and get you either pre-approved for a purchase or provide a plan to get you there.

Jo,

Trulia is updated from the Multi-Listing Service in your area. Your best bet is to find a reputable Realtor in you area to assist you with a customized search that you can look thtough at your leizure via email.

I know a few Realtors in your area, as I have family in Florida. If you like I can refer a Realtor to you to help you with all your questions. Any Realtor in your area has access to each home listed in their MLS. They will be able to help you with any homeyou are interested in. And most services of a buyer agent are free to you.

Let me know if you would like my assistance in referring you to an agent in your area, and I will interview a few Realtors and pick the one best sutied for your needs.

I hope to hear from you soon!

Try KearneyHub.com.

If you are unable to locate rentals, try contacting a Realtor who may have a property that has not sold where the owner may consider renting.

Good Luck

Hi Tracy,

You can either have an agent help you in this search, or you could do it on your own by going online to your local papers online classifieds, or even try http://apartments.com.

Best of Luck to you!
