You should study RENT vs BUY listings to compare. You may even qualify to buy with minimal out of pocket expenses with down payment and closing cost programs.

@Banu
You did not mention the maximum payment you are looking to achieve or the minimum number of bedrooms, condos, townhomes or single family homes?

Do you know what your fico scores are and do you have down payment and closing costs or do you need down payment and closing cost assistance programs? You can buy with minimal out of pocket expenses with DAP up to 600k sales price in high balance areas like Danville. You may go up to $636,150 loan amount with FHA 3.5% down.

If you figure out what cities/zip codes he is considering, minimum number of bedrooms and the maximum payment/price you are looking to achieve any agent like myself can email listings to fit your search criteria. Your email address is needed to set you up for the automatic daily updates.

Your qualifications will be determined by your credit profile, debt to income ratios, fico scores, loan program and how much you want to invest into the down payment and closing costs. Your fico scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.

As long as the asbestos flooring is sound, it is relatively safe. Asbestos is only dangerous when the fibers become airborne. And they can only become airborne if you scrape, crack, abrade, saw, or otherwise disturb the integrity of the flooring. The chances of this happening to a covered up sound floor is little to none. People are led to believe that asbestos is as dangerous as radiation (oftentimes to get you to pay out ridiculous sums of money for the unnecessary removal of it). Do your own research, and see if you can find any measurable catastrophes caused by asbestos exposure in the common home. Sure, asbestos can be deadly, but the fact of the matter seems to indicate that those illnesses happen to those that are heavily exposed to asbestos (mining, auto repair, construction,
demolition etc...)

Hi Jerry,

Your listing agent can put it on here directly, or IF their MLS sends it, it can come through that way.

All the best,

UpNest Top Realtors answered:
Hi Jerry,

You would have to pay for what's called a flat fee listing service for your home to be on Trulia. You can easily post for sale by owner on Zillow, though.

We created UpNest (http://www.upnest.com) to help home sellers get the best value possible. All you have to do is submit a few details about your home, and we'll invite several top local agents to submit proposals to you.

Since agents are competing to earn your listing, they bring out their best commission rates and value added services, saving you a lot of money. There's no risk to try us out at all, and it's completely free for you. We've helped a lot of Bay Area home sellers save money and hire excellent Realtors!

Good luck!
