Usually on a foreclosed home it is listed "as is" so if you have an inspection contigency and you've had an inspection done and don't like what was found than you could probably cancel your contract to buy but I couldn't really tell you without seeing your contract. I would ask your agent about this. If it isn't listed "as is" then you may be able to request some repairs to be made but again I would ask your agent. ... more
