You would have to check with the local zoning authorities on the zoning and if it could be turned in to a house. If you need a mortgage to accomidate this purchase plus rehab I would be able to help you as we have several options for renovation loans!

Please contact me if you would like to discuss your situation further.

Hstryby, The listing is expired as of March 31. That doesn't mean it isn't for sale. It shows on the old MLS listing that both cabins were for sale and dimensions were similar. Hey, let me know if you don't get answers from the locals, 'cause we're up there(Hayward/Minong) often and if I can turn a sale, I'll find time to help ya out. We can do a buyers agency for just that piece, then it doesn't need to be listed - just negotiated. Good luck! Charlie Tiffany, Broker for Prime Realty, LLC. 715-495-1022 or ... more
