You might need to show supporting documentation that you paid it off make sure you have a receipt or satisfaction letter or anything that can prove it was paid. I suggest you contact an attorney for this.

Good luck.

The Broker of record has to authorize the third party syndication. If the Broker has that they may feed to Trulia or other sites. I find that often times these types of feeds are not coming directly from the MLS so the information is inaccurate and slow, if at all to appear on Trulia.

If the Broker doesn't automatically feed to the site, the agent can post provided their Broker and/or Seller doesn't have restrictions on that posting.

Freddie Gonzales answered:
Daly City, unfortunately is the city with the highest number of short sales and REO’s in the San Mateo area. Your area of Original Daly City as of 3/05/2010 has 64 listings now with 33 “Short Sale” and 11 “REO’S”. There were 44 listings sold in your area with 9 “Short Sale” and 10 “REO’s” in the last 6 months. Based on these data’s you can see that your area is short sale and REO driven. What this means is if you decided to sell your property now, you have compete with them and price your home according to the current market. If you don’t need to sell, you can hang on and sell it when the right time comes. Should you decide to sell, and buy again you may be entitled to a homebuyer tax credit of up $6500. Homeowners who have lived in their primary residence for 5 consecutive years of the past 8 are eligible for a tax credit of 10% of a home's purchase price, up to maximum of $6,500. If you want to know your home’s value in today’s market, logon to

Good luck!!

This might be a little late, but just in case (and for the benefit of any other person with the same question), the HOA would be Franciscan Property Management, phone # (650) 321-1010. I just sold a one-bedroom there and possibly have a two-bedroom listing coming up, so please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding the complex, and I'll do my best to answer. ... more
