Hi,

There are different types of email alerts that Trulia sends out, so there are a few places for unsubscribing from alerts.

Go to your profile drop down menu in the top right hand corner >> Email Preferences. Once that screen is open, you will see the option to "Edit" the following sections.

Saved Searches: Once on this page there is an option to delete individual searches along with the option to Delete all.

Homes You're Following: Once you are on this page you have the option to Manage alerts or
if you no longer wish to receive email alerts for a particular property, no problem. Simply remove it from your Favorites on this page.

Trulia Voices: Once on this page there is the option to delete topics you are following.

Trulia Weekender: Once on this page there is the option to delete individual areas you're following or Delete all.

Email Communication: Here you can uncheck the box for any notifications you do not want to receive.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

Hi Jenia

Start by pulling your own credit history for free at AnnualCreditReport.com. Validate the accuracy of all entries for the past three or so years and dispute anything that you find inaccurate. Then review your credit scores for a small fee at MyFico.com. If your median is in or above the mid 600s, keep managing your credit well.

In addition, you could attend a home buying class with a HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency. Doing so may make you eligible for the new FHA Homeowners Armed With Knowledge (HAWK) program that helps to get the mortgage insurance premium on your mortgage lowered, which could reduce your closing costs. The eight hour class usually includes two hours of one-on-one counseling with you to understand your wants and needs so that you can get the right loan, property and quality of life that you deserve.

Also be mindful that a large portion of Ringgold qualifies for the USDA Mortgage (100% financing).

If you've confirmed that your credit score is in the mid 600s, then I would recommend contacting a mortgage lender. Otherwise, you'll have a hard inquiry on your credit history which could lower your score.

I hope that this information and the graphic chart at the link below help you better understand the process.

The old Camp Hi Life Property! I have been praying that someone would re open it! It has been shut down and vacant for at least 15 yrs. approx. It is at the very end of Sam Love RD. Rocky Face. I have heard rumors that the Shaws bought the property and then decided to leave it vacant and never did anything with it. The last time I was out there about 8 years ago all of the structures were still intact. There's the old girls dorms at top of hill, Pavillion, Cafeteria , the old snack shack, and a good sized house the caretakers use to stay in at bottom of hill as you go in, and north of it a little further into woods are old boys cabins approx 8 or 10 of those, and the horse stables, and old arts and crafts cabins. It also had a large pool and pond on the right as you go in. I dk what shape the structures are in now after being left abandoned for so long. The entrance @ dead end of Sam Love Rd. they have it barricaded. ... more

I am sorry to hear that it has taken so long to get a functional bathroom, must be tough!! The answer lies in the lease - did you sign a lease? Read through the lease carefully and find out if it mentions anything about renovations and the remedy period in which those renovations are taking place. I have seen landlords use a clause that guarantees a problem will be fixed within a certain number of days and no rent is due until the situation is resolved. If I can help further, send me an email at williams@kinardrealty.com. Thanks! ... more
