Maybe. We need to get you in touch with a lender to see if you can get a loan.
There are not many foreclosures any more. Prices have just gone up too much.
Often the ones we see are in pretty bad shape and you might not be able to get a loan on them.
Let's get you prequalified for a loan first and then see what kind of property you can buy.

I specialize in VA mortgages & helping clients improve their credit scores.

I'm going to give you heads up, you may not be able to buy a cheap foreclosure with your VA loan depending on the condition of the home because the VA program has Minimum Property Requirements. For example: If the home has chipped or peeling paint, the VA guidelines require the areas to be scraped & re-painted prior to closing on the loan. In most cases the bank that foreclosed on the home will not cover any repairs so you would have to.

In addition to that, typically foreclosures are not that much cheaper compared to regular sales.

It's unlikely you'll be able to see what others bid on and that's just the way it is. Occasionally I see an open bid (foreclosure home) but seller gives a deadline.
