Maybe. We need to get you in touch with a lender to see if you can get a loan.
There are not many foreclosures any more. Prices have just gone up too much.
Often the ones we see are in pretty bad shape and you might not be able to get a loan on them.
Let's get you prequalified for a loan first and then see what kind of property you can buy.

Hi Rafael,

I specialize in VA mortgages & helping clients improve their credit scores.

I'm going to give you heads up, you may not be able to buy a cheap foreclosure with your VA loan depending on the condition of the home because the VA program has Minimum Property Requirements. For example: If the home has chipped or peeling paint, the VA guidelines require the areas to be scraped & re-painted prior to closing on the loan. In most cases the bank that foreclosed on the home will not cover any repairs so you would have to.

In addition to that, typically foreclosures are not that much cheaper compared to regular sales.

Take a look at the recommendations from some of my past clients on my Trulia profile by clicking the link below my phone number.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or help.

I would suggest that you talk to a lender or two as every individual financial condition is different.

I'm a local realtor, let me know if you need me to connect you with lenders that I refer my clients to. They have helped many clients achieved their goal.

Foreclosure is the process of taking possession of a mortgaged property as a result of the mortgagor's failure to keep up mortgage payments. If you want to know more information about a property that is in foreclosure, you may check the county record where that property is a part of or you may also contact a foreclosure specialist near your area for assistance regarding your concern.

You can take advantage of our vast network of agents here on Trulia. You may found the link below.

To search for a foreclosure specialist using our site:

1. Go to the link that I provided, enter the location where you're at and click enter.

2. Click the More filters button and choose Foreclosure under specialties.

3. Click the Search button.

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

It's unlikely you'll be able to see what others bid on and that's just the way it is. Occasionally I see an open bid (foreclosure home) but seller gives a deadline.

You should consult with Texas real estate attorney. Strange thinks happen with foreclosures. That is why title insurance is so important when you purchase a foreclosure.
