Well I'm not a realtor but
, I can say this I've lived in this area for 30 plus years, never was there any problem ,except saint patty's day and the problem was the noise but it slows down way before normal people call it a day , every place is exciting and new when you relocate and everyone is noticing everything's around them , so you'll will see things that are different but, they are the same as from where you were except you lived there you never noticed any thing so new place, new people, new things, but they are exactly the same as your previous location.
, your just in tuned to them more so, because it's a new location, now with that being said as I did before , yes it's a safe place for family's and young children ,I lived in that area for 11 years moved away for 15 for job relocation but missed it so much that when the first chance arose for me to relocate back to Dallas area I jumped on it and it was like I never left except for the little new growth ,it basically was the same such as people, places, things to do ,which are a plenty in the area so if you have a chance and you want deep roots established a move to this area can do nothing but strengthen those roots because you know a place is family orientated ,when you move away for x amount of years move back and within a week someone comes up to you and say's
"I don't mean to be rude but you look so familiar to me, have you ever had family live around here ?" I replied yes I have .
l stated that" I used to live here a good many years back
., and so we started talking and come to find out that we were neighbors one block over before and so you see if your neighbors can remember you or someone comes up to greet you ,you can be assured that you have found your place, so as long as your not a unfriendly type person, and like getting to know your neighbors,
which you need to anyway because you and your neighbors are what make the neighborhood a home and safe.
you and your children can enjoy and grow in a place such as this so with that being said I would give it a five out of five and
J'm an older person
with grown children and have grand children now, and if you can deal with saint patty's day you'll be fine and you can set on that front porch and watch your grandchildren play, even in Dallas ,now to me that's home .
. I do want to state that no one paid me to say this and no one suggested it.
I just wanted you who ever may be reading this that for Dallas area this area is as safe as you and your neighbors make it because, every place big or small has there problems, but you as a neighborhood can choose which and how safe it will be.
so choose yourself take a drive over that way three times and see, once in the daytime once in midday and once at night and you'll see yourself I for one suggest this for anyone moving to a new area.
check it out two even three times different parts of the week and if you feel safe then that's your area ,I like to see children at night playing because if you see that then you know the area is safe well I hope this answers your question in detail and if you see an old man playing in his garden outside hes not crazy he's just home thanks for reading D.
