Well Lisa, if you pay cash, it won't matter what your credit is.......otherwise, sit down and speak with a lender for specific answers............... and get working on improving those numbers. There's no easy road to home ownership. There is a reason your credit is "in the toilet"......if you don't already know, then find out and .find the way to resolve your problems..........then, with some concerted effort, you can flush them away!
