Hi Bambi,

Trulia does list foreclosure properties in Ohio. Take a look at the link below to view the foreclosure listings we have for the Beachwood area, and use the filters on the left side of the page to adjust the location or other search criteria to fit your needs.

Hi Charlene,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for alerting us about this issue. I've updated the price for your listing manually and the new price should be shown on our site within 12 to 24 hours.

If you encounter this problem again, I encourage you to contact Howard Hanna directly to ensure that they are updating the price for your listing in the data feed they send to us.

Hi Beez,

It looks like you're looking at the Home Prices for Cleveland section on this page: http://www.trulia.com/real_estate/North_Collinwood-Cleveland/5465/

North Collinwood is currently listed as one of the Most Popular neighborhoods in this area and on this page we explain that Most Popular neighborhoods are calculated each week based on search behavior on the Trulia website.

I hope this answers your question. If not, or if you have other questions or feedback for us, please let us know.

Kd,

You can try the "Vflyer" program. http://www.vflyer.com/main/Login.jsp

You can design various types of flyer's and it's easy to post on Craig's list, etc. You can also upload photo's if needed.

Best of luck!

Hi Seller,

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. Barb is absolutely correct. Fixing a price error like this depends upon which source is providing us with the listing information for the property in question and what information they provide to us. It is often the case that the listing source is sending inaccurate information to us and in such cases the best method to correct our display is to correct the information at the source. Once they update their information, our display should update automatically thereafter.

If you aren't sure which source is providing this listing information to us, I recommend that you contact your agent our our Customer Service team for assistance. You can reach our Customer Service team via the link below, or you can select the 'Report an error' link shown on the right side of the listing page on our site.

Hi Sheila,

Thank you for contacting us about this.

Though your listing at 297 Canterbury is being shown twice in the My Listings section of your account and on your profile, however the listing is not being duplicated - that is, we are showing the same exact version of the listing twice. The listing is not being duplicated within our search results and I will contact our engineers to ask that they correct this display error.

However this is not the case for the listing at 6215 Hidden Creek. We do actually have two different versions of that listing within our search results:

http://www.trulia.com/property/1082301533-6215-Hidden-Creek-Crk-3-Lorain-OH-44053

http://www.trulia.com/property/1079872811-6215-Hidden-Creek-Dr-313-Lorain-OH-44053

If you can let us know which of these versions is the correct one that we should display, we can remove the other version. You can post that information here, contact me directly, or send the information to our Customer Service team via http://support.trulia.com/

Also, I was able to find your listing at 808 Tollis Pkwy when I performed a general search in Broadview Heights, OH. Please access the link below to review those search results and please let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi Cw,

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. Agents may not claim listings that they do not own. If you can provide us with a link to the listing in question, or the complete property address and price, we will investigate this matter and take necessary action and update our display. Please post that information here or access the link below to alert our Customer Service team about the matter.

Hi Robert,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question.

Unless you've submitted the listing information to us manually, you will need to update the price at the source. You can find the source that provides us with your listing information by clicking on the 'Listing Web Site' link under the listing on your profile page: http://www.trulia.com/voices/profile/Real_Estate_Pro-Shaker_Heights_OH-289602/

Once you've found the source of the listing information, contact that provider to ensure that they are showing the correct information on their site and including the correct information in the data feed they send to us. Once they send us the updated price, our display should update automatically with that new data.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi,

Thank you for alerting us about this. I have found that the most recent prior sale that we display for this home is in fact a sherrif's deed. In the future, the prior sales data we receive for homes should allow us to weed out such transactions. Also, please note that the average price information that we show in our Stats & Trends section is based on homes currently for sale on Trulia.

Thank you for your patience and please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
