With the current inventory on the market it's all important. Especially curb appeal and the first 5 seconds after the prospective buyers open the door.

A well manicured lawn can make a big difference when trying to sell a property, it's one of the first things potential buyers may notice..

Buyers get their fist impression of you property when they drive by. They make assumptions of the home based on what they see on the exterior. If what they see does not show pride of ownership or poor quality they may decide to look at another property.
