Josephine,
I have some referrals for those contractors but are you looking for a contractor or do you want to become one? If you contact me I can give you a referral but I don't want to advertise the number.
Have a Great Day!

Josephine in most cases you have to register your business, get insurance and the best marketing would be to meet with the local agents who list the most REO homes. Some banks are using national preservation companies who then hire local companies. the pay though is less and you need to have that insurance and go through teh signup process. Stick with the local agents, offer fast and free estimates, good prices, do a good job and they may use you again and again
