A manufactured home can hold or improve in value if set up and placement of the home is
done properly by quality home set up company. The age of a manufactured home does not
necessarily indicate value. The condition of the home, the maintenance it has had and the type
of skirting and access can make a difference in value. Permanent skirting and ground setting
without alot of steps can add to value.

Placement of the home usually is to take advantage of fantastic views we have in our community.
so the way the home is facing does not take away from value or appeal here in Tonto Basin but
might in other communites.
