I cant comment about this exact market.... However the upstate NY market is very stable right now and we are seeing the market strengthen over the last 6 months with no stop in sight....
It may be the new nano tech companies in the region or the increase in battery production as well... But things are looking good here and I cant wait till see the days of Mc Mansions being built here!

Thank you very much!
In Silico Vally, there are over 100k agents. I have done pretty good so far.
In july by now, I have closed 5 escrows, and I am working on with over 10 buyers.
I just want to make myself in a good position. Another question is if seller will walk away
from on line based comoany, and go with local company. It might a little harder to do local farming.
My company if major company too. However, I need do the check list, and aslo look up my owne
customer base. Thanks again for your helpful idea.

Price cures everything. I don't want to second guess your marketing strategy but there are nuances to every local market place that you may not be aware of. Some condos in Cupertino have Monta Vista High School, some have Homestead, some have Cupertino High. There is a difference in buyer's minds about these schools. Even if buyers do not have children they will consider the value of the property from that perspective. There are other factors too. Age, proximity to freeways, proximity to shopping and transportation, exposure to negative factors like noise. Upgrades or lack of them, etc.

Email me the address. I'll give you my opinion.
