I think those pictures are from the MLS, so though I do not know, why don't you try deleting the ones from the MLS and see if it works.

Both needing permits.
1st one is over 10K, as for pool the excavation, permit, and concrete work can go over $50K easily.

In Santa Clara County I do not believe you can operate one this year. Water rationing...
