what is the crime rate in the 33765 zip code? i see chearwater has above average crime, wonder if that's characteristic of certain neighborhoods

I suggest you search via Google...........crime rate 33765.
This will provide you with several sources of information and the ability to compare crime rates by ZIP codes.
And yes the crime rate can be function of different neighborhoods within a ZIP code.
Senior to senior, I chose my home in a deed-restricted age 55+ community as they typically have the lowest crime rate.......neighbors lookout for neighbors.

Your definitely need someone wh knows how to find the safest and best property for the $.
Just north of the main drag and just south I have had more break-in activity than south st pete.
